Hello!
My name is Lynn Carden Kehlenbeck. I have many years of experience in training with large corporations. My experience includes instructional design and training delivery. My passion is to create relevant learning solutions for leaders, employees, and trainers that enable them to meet and exceed performance expectations. That’s accomplished by offering the right training solution, for the right employees, at the right time.
Here are some highlights of my experience designing and delivering training:
How many years of experience? Well, at my age, I have learned not to share such a large number! As I used to tell my customer service new hire employees, “I’ve been teaching since I was three.” It’s true! I used to “teach” my stuffed animals and baby dolls, imitating my Sunday School teachers when I was three years old. Two special school teachers were my inspiration to pursue a career in training. And that is how it all started.
In addition to training, I enjoy even more my beautiful family, many sweet friends across the US, and the warm Florida sunshine. I also enjoy writing, sewing, and serving people in need.
